
SALON POLICY

Remedy
No children allowed unless being serviced.
1. There is a full service price fee for no-show and same day cancellations.
2. There is a $15.00 fee for late shows (15-20 mins late)
3. Please note, calling after scheduled appointment time will be considered a No Call/No
Show.
4. If you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
5. Once checked in, please wait in the lobby area until you are called back.
6. Under no circumstances are children to be left in the lobby while parents are being
serviced.
7. Only clients being serviced are allowed on the salon floor (This includes parents waiting with children)
8. When booking a full extension service, a 50% deposit is required.
9. If you are unhappy with your services please inform us within 24 hours.
10. Please keep volume of phone conversations to a minimum.
11. Only food or drinks provided by the salon can be eaten in the lobby or dryer area.
